3.0T Supercharged V6
    The new A6 is unapologetically powerful. Producing 310hp and 325 lb-ft of torque, the all-aluminum Audi 3.0 L TFSI® supercharged V6 is nothing short of remarkable. With peak torque available from 2,900 to 4,500rpm, power is available at any speed. And, the four vane Roots-style supercharger helps this motor achieve V8 power and torque with the efficiency*of a V6.

2.0T Turbocharged in-line 4-cylinder
    For the first time, the 2.0 TFSI power plant makes its way into the Audi A6. By combining Variable Valve timing, Audi valvelift system, Audi TFSI direct injection and turbocharging technologies, this engine can achieve more power with greater efficiency. The result? 33 mpg on the highway, 211hp and 258 lb-ft of torque at your command.
   
Audi drive select
    The new A6 with Audi drive select handles and performs however you please. Four drive modes are available: Comfort, Auto, Dynamic and Individual. With these, drivers can customize the vehicle characteristics to their preferences. Whether you are seeking the smooth and luxurious driving experience of Comfort mode or demand the sportier, more direct response of Dynamic mode, Audi drive select responds to your driving style and preferences.

Audi quattro® All-Wheel Drive (3.0T only)
    There's all-wheel drive and there's quattro®. Audi quattro® is built around a torque-sensing, self-locking, center differential that shifts torque instantaneously to where it's needed. It works by adjusting power between front and rear axles more than 100 times a second, helping ensure torque is delivered to the wheels that have traction.
    Under normal driving situations, quattro® sends 40 percent of the engine's power to the front wheels and 60 percent to the rear wheels, enhancing the driving dynamics while helping maintain control. With a quattro® system at your command, you may be confident that you will always have the best possible combination of traction and handling, regardless of road conditions.

Eight-speed automatic Tiptronic transmission (3.0T only)
    An eight-speed automatic Tiptronic transmission is the brain beside the brawn. With optimally spread gear ratios that produce dynamic acceleration, this transmission helps reduce fuel consumption by an estimated six percent when compared to a six-speed automatic transmission. Proof that sometimes more is more.

Suspension
    Performance is as much about handling as it is power. Balancing the all-new A6 is a finely tuned five-link front suspension that isolates road harshness and vibration from the cabin. Weight-saving aluminum is used in critical areas, reducing unsprung mass and allowing the suspension to respond more rapidly. For drivers who want a more dynamic ride, optional sports packages firm up the suspension while lowering ride height by 10mm. Expect a smooth, responsive and predictable ride, every time.

All New Design
    Elegant and modern, the new A6 improves on previous generation's designs. A Chrome lined, Singleframe® grille surrounded by available LED headlights define the front end, ensuring owners always make a bold arrival.

Available Full LED Technology Headlights
    For the first time, the new Audi A6 offers the unmistakable appearance of full LED Technology lighting. Headlights are positioned toward the corners to accentuate the wide, muscular proportions of the A6. High beams, turn signals, daytime running lights and low beams all feature this highly efficient technology and enhance the overall aesthetic of the A6.

Expressive Wheel Options

    The optional 630 watt BOSE® sound system is tailored to the A6. Fourteen high-performance speakers, strategically placed, create an immersive audio experience. Front doors house two high-range speakers and two Richbass® woofers in custom enclosures while the instrument panel conceals a center fill speaker. BOSE® exclusive AudioPilot® noise compensation technology completes this package, it adjusts volume in response to unwanted road noise and enhances the listening experience.
  
Bang and Olufsen Advanced Sound System
    An optional Bang and Olufsen Advanced Sound System puts a concert hall inside the vehicle. Painstakingly created by Bang and Olufsen sound engineers and Audi experts, 300 hours were spent fine-tuning audio performance to the vehicle's unique interior acoustics. This 1,300-watt, 15 speaker, two subwoofer audio experience features two emerging Acoustic Lens tweeters and is more than just a stereo, it's how music was meant to be heard.

Multifunctional Steering Wheels
    The new A6 comes standard with a refined, leather-wrapped, four-spoke, multifunction steering wheel. Providing quick access to the optional 7" color Driver Information System (DIS), navigation voice control, volume control, BLUETOOTH®, radio and CD track selection, this steering wheel puts everything at the driver's fingertips.

Technology and Safety
Driver Assistance Systems
    The new A6 with Driver Assistance Systems keeps drivers safe in an unpredictable world.
    Audi side assist monitors blind spots and fast-approaching vehicles at a range of 150 ft. LED lights housed in the exterior mirrors warn drivers when vehicles enter the monitored areas.* So, even though you might not see danger, your A6 does.

    Adaptive cruise control lets drivers set a comfortable space they wish to automatically maintain from other vehicles. Video cameras are used along with short and long-distance radar sensors to measure that distance and if that space becomes less than ideal, drivers are first warned of potential frontal collisions and then brakes are partially or fully applied via Audi braking guard. The A6 automatically resumes speed once the road ahead is clear.
    Audi pre sense plus offers additional safety measures by utilizing Audi adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go function and Audi side assist. These systems work together to monitor traffic and alert of potential dangers in four phases. Optical and acoustic signals warn the driver of danger and a series of controlled partial brake and full brake assists are then engaged. This automatically reduces the severity of collisions that can't be prevented.
   
Audi MMI® touch
    A revolution in how drivers interact with their vehicle, optional Audi MMI® touch interprets hand-written inputs through a touchpad. Navigation destinations and telephone numbers are entered by simply writing with a finger. Additionally, dedicated hard and soft keys control commonly used functions while an 8" high-resolution monitor displays information.
   
Head-up Display
    The new Audi A6 helps drivers keep their eyes on the road. Optional Head-up Display projects driving related information and warnings on the windshield via a system of aspherical mirrors. Displayed information can be customized using Audi MMI® Touch, giving each driver their ideal HUD.

Audi MMI® Navigation plus with Google Earth™ and Audi Connect
    Optional Audi connect transforms the new A6 into a rolling hotspot. Eight devices can connect to the internet at once and Google® POI (Points of Interest) gives drivers access to weather, news, directions, gas prices and travel information from the comfort of their vehicle's seat while a first-to-market integration of Google Earth provides high-resolution three-dimensional aerial imagery.
  
Night Vision Assistant with Pedestrian Detection
    It's always nice to have a second pair of eyes watching the road. Especially when those eyes can see in the dark. Optional Night Vision assistant uses infrared technology to detect people and animals up to 1,000 feet away. Once detected, pedestrians within 300 feet are highlighted yellow in the driver information display. Then, if detected pedestrians or animals move into the path of the vehicle, the system warms the driver audibly while highlighting the object in red.
   
Optional Audi Advanced Key
    With advanced keyless entry, you'll never need to reach into your pocket or purse to lock, unlock or even start your car. Proximity sensors detect your key within a five-foot radius of the vehicle and, once inside, the vehicle starts at the push of a button.
