Meet Nadia Hamdan, General Manager for Audi Beverly Hills

Journey to Fletcher Jones

“The constant excitement and ever changing landscape of the auto industry” drew Nadia to the automotive industry in 2003 and she has not looked back. In 2012, she met with Dave Gonzalez to learn more about Fletcher Jones Auto Group and our family-first approach. She shares, “I fell in love with the Fletcher Jones Culture.” Before joining the Audi Beverly Hills Team, she worked at other Fletcher Jones locations. She served as General Sales Manager for Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, Finance Director for Mercedes-Benz of Chicago, and General Sales Manager for Audi Beverly Hills. Nadia says, “My professional journey has been captivating, from starting in Finance to General Sales Manager to my latest role as General Manager.”

What Inspires You To Excel In Your Role?

“As General Manager, I have the opportunity to lead, strategize, and make impactful decisions that contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization – this drives and motivates me. I also find inspiration in the challenges that come with managing diverse teams, fostering innovation, and creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the chance to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic business landscape also fuels my passion to excel in the role.”
