Get Directions *The Preferred Owners Car Wash includes a complimentary basic wash service. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for damage made worse by those conditions.
Eligibility lasts for four (4) years from the purchase date of each vehicle. Vehicles purchased before 2014 remain eligible for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.
Appointments must be scheduled through the account that carries the amenity. Exceptions apply only to co-buyers and guarantors (for example, if a business purchased the vehicle and the guarantor requests access). In these cases, a request must be submitted through FJ360 Case Management.
This program applies only to Audi and Mercedes-Benz vehicles purchased from Fletcher Jones Motorcars Newport Beach, Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, Audi Fletcher Jones and Audi Beverly Hills. Other makes (e.g., BMW, Honda, Lexus) are not eligible.
